Mackenzie cut her teeth for fast-paced work environments in the restaurant industry, where she found her love – and skill – for organization, teamwork, and providing top-notch service to clients. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Mackenzie joined the Team while living in the Sunshine State in 2020 as the Executive Assistant to the owner, Brian Beasley. Since then, Mackenzie has worked side by side with Brian to learn and develop new back-office systems required to help The Beasley Group best serve their clients. Mackenzie enjoys learning about the market and searching for properties that might just be exactly what our clients are looking for. She takes the time to create curated marketing and customized tools for every client. From transaction coordination to targeted marketing and technology support, she truly is the ‘Mack-of-all-trades.’ Mackenzie is an integral member of The Beasley Group and is now under the title of Operations Manager. She has multiple degrees that help our team every day, Information Technology and Networking alongside Software Engineering from DeVry University paired with Photography from The New York Art Institute. These pools of knowledge allow her to provide extensive technical and strong marketing support to the team and clients. Aside from being a full-time Team Member she enjoys camping and hiking with her dogs, going out to locally owned restaurants and businesses, and reading at the public library.
